Suite orders & deliveries
What is the Suite Shop?
The Suite Shop by The Raider Image is a mobile experience with a curated, rotating assortment of our best Raiders product available to be delivered to you in your gameday suite.
When can I place an order?
Orders will only be accepted through the conclusion of halftime.
Will I get my discount?
All pricing has been updated to reflect your 30% Off suite discount. There are no additional steps that need to be taken to redeem.
Can I redeem a Gift Card?
No, all in-suite purchases must be paid in full with a valid credit card.
When will my order be delivered?
In-person deliveries will be made to your suite by the end of the game. To ensure timely delivery, all orders must be placed prior to the conclusion of halftime.
How will my order be delivered?
Once your order is placed and you receive an email confirmation, we will begin packaging your order. A concierge will then deliver your order to you in the suite selected at checkout.
Can I place an order even if I won't be in attendance at the game?
No, product available in the Suite Shop can only be delivered in-game to guests in the 150 level suites. If you would like to purchase product for home delivery, please visit raiderimage.com.
Can I make a return or exchange?
For product exchanges and returns, stop by one of our Raider Image locations on the 100 level or our flagship store at the Ford North entrance of the stadium. An associate will be able to assist you.
